Belle Rive Edmonton Real Estate
Belle Rive is a residential neighbourhood in north Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. On the north it is bounded by 167 Avenune, on the east by 82 Street, on the south by 153 Avenue, and on the west it runs along a line between 89 Street and 90 Street. The majority of residences in Belle Rive are single-family dwellings, which make up 93%. Duplexes make up 4% of the total, and row houses make up 3%. All residences in Belle Rive are owner-occupied. Originally, the neighbourhood was supposed to be named Belle Riva, in honour of Edmonton’s large community of Italian members, yet the spelling error was never corrected.
