Clareview Town Centre Edmonton Real Estate
The neighbourhood of Clareview Town Centre is found in north east Edmonton. It is a mixed-use neighbourhood, previously made up of Clareview Business Park and Clareview Campus. In the Clareview Campus area of the neighbourhood, 5.1% of the homes were built in 1970s, according to the 2001 federal census. Development ceased until the 1990s, and the remainder of the neighbourhood homes were built by the year 2000. Between 2001 and 2005, a total of 225 homes were built in the neighbourhood. According to the 2005 municipal census, the most common type of homes are rented apartments and apartment-style condominiums, which make up 74% of the neighbourhood homes. Another 13% are single-family homes, 10% are duplexes, and 4% are row houses. A total of 52% of neighbourhood homes are owner-occupied.
