Duggan Edmonton Real Estate
The neighbourhood of Duggan is located in south Edmonton. The majority of homes in Duggan were built during the 1960s and 1970s, according to the 2001 federal census, when 67% of the homes in the neighbourhood were built. Another 7.1% of homes in Duggan were built during the 1980s. Another 15.9% were built in the late 1990s. Single-family homes are the most common type of home in Duggan, according to the 2005 municipal census, and make up a total of 61% of homes. Another 28% is comprised of low-rise apartments, and the majority of the last 11% is comprised of row houses. A total of 64% of homes in Duggan are owner-occupied. The neighbourhood is home to two schools, one operated by the Edmonton Public School System: Duggan Elementary School, and one operated by the Edmonton Catholic School System: St. Augustine Catholic Elementary School.
