Killarney  Edmonton Real Estate

The neighbourhood of Killarney is found in north east Edmonton. Between 1946 and 1960, 36.2% of homes in Killarney were built, according to the 2001 federal census. Between 1961-1970, 50.6% of Killarney homes were built, and the remaining 9.8% of homes were built between 1971 and 1980. According to the 2005 municipal census, the most common type of home in Killarney is the single-family home, which make up roughly 30% of all homes in the neighbourhood. Approximately 50% of Killarney homes are duplexes and rented apartments, and the remaining are row houses. A total of 60% of Killarney homes are owner-occupied.
