Lymburn Edmonton Real Estate
The neighborhood of Lymburn is located in west Edmonton. It is situated between Anthony Henday Drive and 178th Street, just south of Whitemud Drive. More than three-quarters of the homes in Lymburn were built in the 1970s nad 1980s, according to the 2001 federal census. Most of the other quarter of the homes in Lymburn were built in the 1990s. Single-family homes are the most common type of home in Lymburn, according to the 2005 municipal census, and account for 70% of the homes in the neighborhood. Another 16% of the homes in Lymburn is comprised by duplexes, with the remainder being row houses and apartment-style condominiums. A total of 84% of the homes in Lymburn are owner-occupied.
