Michaels Park Edmonton Real Estate
The neighborhood of Michaels Park is located in southeast Edmonton, in the community of Millbourne in the area of Mill Woods. As with much of the Mill Woods area, most of the homes in the neighborhood of Michaels Park were built during the 1970s. According to the 2005 municipal census, a little over half of the homes in Michaels Park are single family homes, and another third of the neighborhood’s homes are row houses. The remaining homes are comprised of apartments, apartment-style condominiums, and duplexes. Over 80% of the homes in Michaels Park are owner-occupied. The neighborhood is situated between 66th Street and 76th Street, just south of the Whitemud Drive.
