Parkallen Edmonton Real Estate
The neighbourhood of Parkallen is found in south Edmonton. According to the 2005 municipal census, about 80% of Parkallen homes were built between 1945 and 1960. Of all the homes in Parkallen, 81% are single-family homes, 15% are low-rise apartments, 3% are duplexes, and 1% are row houses.
