The neighborhood of Wedgewood Heights is located in west Edmonton. It is an irregularly shaped neighborhood, situated between Anthony Henday Drive and the North Saskatchewan River Valley, south of Lessard Road. The majority of the homes in Wedgewood Heights were built during the 1990s, according to the 2001 federal census, which is when nearly three-quarters of the homes in the neighborhood were built. The most common type of home in Wedgewood Heights is the single-family home, according to the 2005 municipal census, and account for all of the homes in the neighborhood.
