Quesnell Heights Edmonton Real Estate
The neighborhood of Quesnell Heights is located in west Edmonton, with Whitemud Drive running along its north and east sides. The North Saskatchewan River Valley is to the south of the neighborhood. All of the homes in Quesnell Heights were built during the 1960s and 1970s. There are only two roads that give access to the neighborhood: one being the 156th Street overpass over the Whitemud Drive, and the 159th Street interchange along Whitemud Drive. All of the homes in Quesnell Heights are single family homes, according to the 2005 municipal census, and all but one are owner-occupied.
